Who handles your information?
BESA Logistics Ltd, company number 14938271, handles your enquiry. Our operational base is Aylesford, Kent; our registered office is 203 Kilburn High Road, London, NW6 7HY. Contact info@besalogistics.org about your information.
What we collect and why
For general enquiries, we collect your name, email address, enquiry type and message. For driver interest, we also ask for a mobile number, postcode area, start availability and contact preference. Additional notes are optional. We use these details to respond to your request and discuss opportunities or services with you.
Our basis for handling initial enquiries is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact BESA and managing recruitment. Where you ask us to take steps towards an agreement, we also use the information for those steps. Submitting the form does not enter you into a driving agreement. No automated hiring decision is made through these forms.
Where your enquiry goes
Our website is hosted by Netlify, which processes and stores website form submissions for BESA and may send submission notifications to our team. Access is managed through our hosting account. If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp or email, that service also processes your message under its own terms and privacy arrangements.
Do not submit identity documents, driving licence numbers, bank details or sensitive information through these public forms. If you proceed to onboarding, BESA will request the required checks and documents separately through its private onboarding process.
How long we use your details
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond, manage any recruitment follow-up you request and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. The relevant period depends on whether your enquiry remains active or leads to a further working relationship. Contact us to withdraw your interest or discuss removal of your enquiry.
Your choices and questions
You can ask BESA about access to your information, corrections, deletion, restriction or objection to its use, and other applicable data protection rights. Email info@besalogistics.org. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Website technology
The public company pages do not use advertising or analytics scripts. Our hosting provider processes technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website. Maps and WhatsApp open only when you follow their external links. The private office and onboarding services have separate sign-in and operational functions.
